On our first meeting, I got a great sense that he knew the area and had already done a great deal of research for this meeting. He came prepared with his comps for the locality and had a "right on the money" listing price. As I needed time to empty the contents and prep for listing Bob contacted me often to offer help in obtaining services I needed and was not familiar with in that area. He contacted me at least on a weekly basis to find out how I was progressing and if I needed any help or advice. Once we were set to list the home he contacted me and sent e-mails on the status of the on-line listing, the showings, comments and eventually the offers on the house. Anyone who has sold a home knows the issues that can arise from time to time and Bob handled so many of these issues after consulting with me. He contacted me midweek on a house that had been on the market for a few months and had just reduced the price. It was above our purchase point but everything we were looking for. He advised it might be negotiable and asked if we would like to see it. We fell in love with the property and asked if we should put in a bid that was significantly under asking. George once again reiterated I work for you and suggest we put in the offer we felt comfortable with. The offer was accepted and George recommended a home inspector that identified a few deficiencies that needed to be corrected. George followed up to ensure all repair requests were completed in a timely fashion. He also made sure that closing went seamlessly with no complications. We are completely satisfied with our 1st time buying experience because of George and were able to purchase the perfect house for $30,000 under asking.
